Terms of Service Contract:

Authorization: By reading and clicking on I agree to Terms of Service the client agrees to this agreement.

Fees and Payment: The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered by Andy's Pc Repairs. A none refundable payment for diagnosing & testing is due when Andy's PC Repairs collects the clients computer. €140 for diagnostic, testing & full repair on a laptop. €180 for diagnostic, testing & full repair on a custom PC unless stated otherwise by Andy's Pc Repairs.

If the client advises they do not wish to proceed with the repair once the computer is collected & diagnosed, the diagnostic & testing fee will not be refunded.

The client authorizes Andy's Pc Repairs to perform the necessary repairs and maintenance on their computer system. The client also acknowledges that Andy's Pc Repairs may need to access and modify software and data on the computer system to perform the requested services.

Limited Warranty: Andy's Pc Repairs warrants that the services provided will be performed with reasonable care and skill. However, Andy's Pc Repairs does not provide any warranty or guarantee on parts or components replaced during the repair process, except as required by law.

If the client experiences the same issue after the repair is completed Andy's PC Repairs will remedy the issue by carrying out a second repair free of charge. If any new replacement parts are required than the client is responsible for the cost of the part or parts.

Data Protection: Andy's Pc Repairs agrees to take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of the client's data. However, Andy's Pc Repairs shall not be held liable for any loss or corruption of data during the repair process. It is the clients responsibility to have adequate full backups. It is the clients responsibility to have taken secure measures to ensure their data is safe, i.e. password protection, disk encryption, online accounts etc.

Liability Limitation: In no event shall Andy's Pc Repairs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, even if Andy's Pc Repairs has been advised of the possibility of such damages. With some laptop brands when disassembling it is inevitable that some components may break, crack or require replacement, the client is solely responsible for these costs.

Andy's Pc Repairs will carry out quality checks and contact you within two weeks after the initial repair using one of the contact methods you provided.

In some cases, Andy's Pc Repairs may need to perform a system image backup or file backup of the clients personal files. These backups will be stored on an encrypted external drive that has Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) as its encryption algorithm with configurable key lengths of 128 bits or 256 bits. The backups will be stored for two weeks and then permanently deleted.

If your computer is not collected within 6 months from the date left in, Andy's Pc Repairs may sell the abandoned property to recoup any costs associated with storage or repair.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for any services rendered up to the termination date.
