Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Andy's Pc Repairs. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy in compliance with Irish consumer rights legislation.

14 Day Return Policy:

In accordance with Irish consumer law, you have the right to return any unused item purchased from Andy's Pc Repairs within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund or exchange. This 14-day period begins from the day you receive your order. Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at aftersales@andyspcrepairs.com within the 14-day period to request a return authorization.

  2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with it.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a track-able shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be at your expense unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

  5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Warranty

  4. Once we receive the defective product and verify the warranty claim, we will either repair or replace the product at our discretion.

  5. The repaired or replacement product will be shipped back to you at no additional cost.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products as outlined above. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
