Return Policy:

This 14-day period begins from the day you receive your order. Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with it.
Ship the item back to us using a track-able shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be at your expense unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
