Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Andy's Pc Repairs. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy in compliance with Irish consumer rights legislation.
14 Day Return Policy:
In accordance with Irish consumer law, you have the right to return any unused item purchased from Andy's Pc Repairs within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund or exchange. This 14-day period begins from the day you receive your order. Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer service team at aftersales@andyspcrepairs.com within the 14-day period to request a return authorization.

Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with it.

Ship the item back to us using a track-able shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be at your expense and it is highly advised to insure your delivery. Please avoid using An Post due to misplacing parcels regularly.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
At Andy's PC Repairs we believe in fostering a respectful and professional environment for all interactions. If at any point we experience bullying, abusive behavior, or inappropriate language from a client, we will pause all business activities with that client for a minimum of two weeks. This period allows us to prioritize other clients and review the situation. Our aim is to maintain a healthy and respectful working relationship with everyone we serve.
Warranty
Warranty Policy:
At Andy's Pc Repairs, we stand behind the quality and performance of our gaming computers. We are committed to providing you with products that meet the highest standards of excellence. This warranty policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding the warranty of your gaming computer purchased from us.
Duration of Warranty:
All gaming computers purchased from Andy's Pc Repairs come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions. The duration of the warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Coverage:
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes but is not limited to:

Malfunctioning hardware components (e.g., CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM)

Faulty cooling systems

Defective power supplies

Issues with connectivity (e.g., Wi-Fi, Ethernet)
Exclusions:
Please note that our warranty does not cover the following:

Claiming Warranty Service:
If you believe your gaming computer is experiencing a defect covered by our warranty, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your claim, including any necessary documentation.

If deemed necessary, you may be required to return the defective product to us for inspection and repair. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

Once we receive the defective product and verify the warranty claim, we will either repair or replace the product at our discretion.

The repaired or replacement product will be shipped back to you at no additional cost.
Limitation of Liability:
Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products as outlined above. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Consumer Rights:
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish consumer protection laws.

1. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your contract up to 14 working days after delivery of the goods without providing a reason. This right can only be exercised if the goods are in their original packaging and are resaleable as new. Commercial customers (B2B) are not covered under Distance Selling Regulations but may contact support for assistance. We reserve the right to refuse returns from business customers unless there is a genuine reason, such as compatibility issues. Items ordered in error that have been opened or used may be subject to restocking fees and may be refused from commercial customers. Special order items cannot be returned without management approval and will be subject to a restocking fee.
2. How to Cancel
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to the Supplier by email, or through the Contact Us section of our website. Please provide details of the goods ordered and, where appropriate, their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
3. Returning Goods
If you cancel after the goods have been delivered, you are responsible for returning them at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address stated in the Contact Us section of our website after prior arrangement. Please ensure the goods are not damaged in transit.
4. Refund Process
Once you notify the Supplier of your cancellation, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you within 14 days for any amount paid or debited from your credit card. Delivery costs may be deducted from the refund amount. You must return the goods at your own expense using an insured courier service. We can collect the goods via our courier for a charge of €15. The 14-day refund period starts when the goods are received back at our facility and tested visually & mechanically. During busy periods it may take longer as all returns must be inspected prior to a refund or credit being issued.
Except for faulty goods, if you do not return the goods as required, the Supplier may charge you the direct costs of recovering the goods. All items returned must be complete and sealed, including all packing, manuals, cables, etc.
6. Exclusions
You do not have the right to cancel if the order is for a licensed product (software) or customized items (custom PCs or laptops) unless a fault is discovered that could not have been detected without unsealing the goods. Cancellation charges for custom PC systems built to customer specifications are as follows:

Paperwork Stage (PROCESSING OR PENDING): No cost - cancel online.

Components Allocated and Build Commenced (BUILD OR PRE-BUILD STAGE): Higher of €65 or 10% of Invoice Value.

Build Completed (FINAL TESTING or BUILD STAGE): Higher of €135 or 30% of Invoice Value.
-
Item Dispatched, Received, and In Use by Customer (DISPATCHED): Higher of €375 or 50% of Invoice Value.
These charges cover the labor costs of assembling custom PCs or laptops and are not restocking fees. They apply to all payment types including bank payment, credit card, debit card, Revolut and Klarna payments. These costs will be deducted from any refund or credit within 14 days of processing a return or cancellation. Klarna customers must also contact Klarna.
7. Custom Products
If you confirm your order as correct, a cancellation fee may apply (applicable to customized products only under Article 6).
8. Order Cancellation in Transit
If an order has shipped, you may refuse it upon delivery if we cannot notify and cancel the delivery with our carrier. No charge will apply unless the ordered item is a customized product (per Article 6).
9. Order Refusal
If an order is returned due to refusal at the delivery address, transit costs may be at the customer’s expense unless the order was canceled in writing prior to delivery.
10. Warranty on Custom PCs and Laptops
Custom PCs and laptops are comprised of components and carry a component-only warranty. We reserve the right to charge for the labor aspect of custom PC or laptop builds should the contract be canceled.
11. Online Order Cancellation
Orders placed online can be canceled from within the customer’s online account based on the order stage. No charge is applied to orders canceled online. If the option to cancel is not available, it may be because the order stage has reached a point where a fee applies (for custom products) or the item is ready for or has been dispatched.
12. Assembly Costs
The assembly cost of a custom PC or laptop, which may constitute up to 30% of the ex-VAT value, is a service charge and remains payable if the PC or laptop is returned for any reason. This charge will not be applied in addition to Article 6 but may replace it for a single order.
